Multi-camera recording, direct presentation capture, and professional audio — combined into a clean, ready-to-use video immediately after the session ends.
Conference sessions are captured using cinema cameras, direct presentation feeds, and professional audio systems.
All signals are mixed live and recorded on dedicated hardware recorders with redundant backup systems.
The system is built on dedicated broadcast hardware — not consumer cameras or laptop-based recording.
This ensures stable recording, clean picture-in-picture output, and reliable long-form capture for full conference sessions.
EQUIPMENT:
Cinema cameras (Canon Cinema Line)
Broadcast video mixers (Blackmagic ATEM series)
Dedicated hardware recorders
Professional audio systems
Video recording in which the screen, lecturer, audio recording for the lecturer and questions from the audience are recorded at the end. The footage can later be used as educational material and can be reused after the event.
One person interview includes a moving or static camera recording, audio recording with a professional microphone, processing, noise removal. The final version is made in the postproduction.
Video highlights, the most interesting moments of the conference or some other event. It can serve as an advertisement and as an announcement of the next event. It can also be presentation.

Your conference is not just documented.
It becomes structured, high-quality video content ready for immediate use.
You receive material that is clear, organized, and usable for both internal and commercial purposes.
Instead of material that stays archived and unused, your recordings become valuable content. They can be used for:
- paid educational programs
- internal training
- marketing for future conferences
Your conference continues to deliver value long after the event ends.
At the end of each conference day the recordings are already finished.
They are: mixed, synchronized and ready for immediate use.
This allows organizers to share content with participants, media, or internal teams without waiting weeks for post-production. Light post-production can be added later if required.

After the conference, you have recordings with:
• clean, stable image
• presentations captured directly from the source
• speaker integrated naturally alongside the presentation
• clear, balanced audio without noise or interruptions
The result feels closer to a professional educational recording than to typical event documentation.
Conference recordings cannot fail.
The system is designed with:
• multiple cameras recording simultaneously
• parallel audio recording
• duplicated critical equipment
• professional broadcast-level recording devices
• professional photography cameras and lens
Even if something unexpected happens, the recording continues safely.
This recording system was developed from my own need to record professional lectures and educational content at a level high enough to be reused, replayed, and monetized — similar to how a book can be read many times.
My approach focuses on one goal:creating conference recordings that remain valuable long after the event ends.
When working together - you are working with someone who uses the same system for his own professional educational content.
